By using the public website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misrepresent the source of content, or interfere with other visitors.

Reliability Method publishes general maintenance, reliability, and asset-management information. It is not a substitute for site-specific engineering, safety, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating resources against applicable laws, standards, equipment requirements, hazards, and competent professional judgment.

Calculators, examples, templates, and other resources are decision aids. Results depend on the data and assumptions supplied and should be independently checked before operational use. A separate license or notice provided with a resource controls where one exists.

Reliability Method is operated by ARCCO RELIABILITY ALEX BOLMGREN SOLE MBR % ALEX BOLMGREN SOLE MBR. Digital-product payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Prices are shown in United States dollars, and legally required transaction taxes may be added where Reliability Method has an applicable collection obligation and registration.

For the Planning & Scheduling Toolkit, the purchase price is USD 290 for a single-site internal-use license. Site adaptation is permitted while Reliability Method attribution and safety or authorization notices remain. Resale, redistribution, public posting, sublicensing, and use in a competing commercial product are prohibited.

A private download link expires after 24 hours. A purchaser may request a refreshed link during the 30-day re-download window. Delivery, access, and delivered-workbook defect support are available for 30 days from delivery through support@reliabilitymethod.com; customization, facilitation, data entry, CMMS configuration, and site-authority advice are not included.

The Planning & Scheduling Toolkit has a 14-day satisfaction-refund period beginning on delivery. Access may be revoked after a refund. Refund requests involving fraud, redistribution, or bad-faith use may be denied. Request support or a refund at support@reliabilitymethod.com.

Unless a resource says otherwise, website content may be viewed and used internally for lawful learning and operational improvement. Republishing, selling, removing attribution from, or presenting substantial portions as another party’s work requires permission. A separate license or notice provided with a resource controls where one exists.

The website and its resources may be corrected, changed, limited, or withdrawn. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make Reliability Method responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices.

The website and its resources are provided for informational use without a promise that every item is complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.
