Privacy Notice

This notice applies to the public website at reliabilitymethod.com, its digital-product checkout, private fulfillment, download delivery, refunds, and related support. It does not cover third-party websites or future member, account, or software services that publish their own notices.

The newsletter form asks for an email address. The contact form asks for a name, email address, message, and limited request context. Both forms also use a hidden anti-spam field.

Website inquiry and newsletter collection remain disabled unless their production delivery providers and retention controls are separately approved and enabled.

When you purchase a digital product, Stripe processes checkout, payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information. Reliability Method receives purchaser contact details, order and payment status, fulfillment status, refund records, and identifiers needed to provide and protect access. Reliability Method does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Supabase stores Commerce order, fulfillment, access-grant, and private-file records. Resend processes the purchaser email address, fulfillment-message content, delivery status, and related technical logs. Signed download credentials expire after 24 hours, and plaintext download tokens are not retained in transaction logs.

Vercel and its infrastructure providers process routine request information needed to host, deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events.

Analytics instrumentation is currently disabled by default and no third-party analytics, advertising tracking, or analytics cookies are enabled. If analytics, consent tools, or non-essential cookies are introduced, this notice and any required choices must be updated before they are enabled.

Information is used to process purchases and refunds, deliver private resources, provide support, respond to requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain transaction records, and operate and protect the website. Reliability Method does not sell personal information or use purchase information for unrelated advertising.

Stripe, LLC processes payment, purchaser, fraud-prevention, and transaction information in the United States and other locations where Stripe and its subprocessors operate. Supabase and Amazon Web Services host Commerce order, fulfillment, access, and private-file data in AWS us-west-1 (Northern California), subject to provider backup, support, security, and subprocessor operations. Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) processes purchaser email addresses, fulfillment messages, delivery metadata, and technical logs in the United States and through its disclosed subprocessors. Vercel Inc. hosts the application and processes request and security logs primarily in the United States and other service locations.

Transaction, refund, and fulfillment records are retained for seven years. Support records are retained for 24 months after a case closes. Delivery-access and security logs are retained for 90 days. A record may be retained longer when reasonably required for fraud prevention, a legal claim, an audit, or another legal obligation.
