A technically complete job plan is only useful when the work system can execute it. Material availability, equipment access, permits, coordination, and clear feedback all matter.
Treat planning as a loop. Capture what changed in the field, update the plan, and preserve what the crew learned for the next job.
Put it into practice
Choose one part of the work system, define the expected standard, and review the evidence with the people closest to the work. Small, durable gains compound.
